Wedding FAQs

We offer take-home sample boxes. They can be purchased for $16, and include six of our most popular flavors. They are not customizable, and must be ordered at least one week in advance and picked up during our business hours.

After you try one of our sample boxes and know what flavors and designs you are interested in getting, please call or stop by the shop to officially place your order.

We suggest ordering six months prior. Please note that we do not accept orders more than 1 year in advance. 

A $50 nonrefundable deposit holds your date and then the balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. Specialty cakes require a 50% deposit.

We have a delivery service within 45 minutes from the shop for select orders – limited availability and at the discretion of our decorators.

Yes, but you will be fully responsible for your cake and the delivery process after it leaves our store.

We will gladly make a wedding cake for just two people, but delivery is limited availability.

We can absolutely make sheet cakes for your wedding.

We do not make fake layers for wedding cakes.

Cash, credit/debit cards and checks are all accepted for payment.

Please call or stop by the shop to officially place orders. I will happily provide answers to questions as well as give quotes through emails, too!

Please email me with your guest count, date, any design ideas and/or photos (if you have any), or simply fill out the contact form on our home page.

We recommend two weeks notice, but ordering with as much notice as possible is always best, as we limit the amount of cake orders to maintain our excellent reputation and high quality service.

We offer delivery at the discretion of our decorators available on the day of your event.

Wedding cakes require a $50 deposit to hold your date. Specialty cakes that are priced at over $120 require a 50% deposit.
We ask that you please call the shop or stop in in person during our business hours to place an order, with a minimum two weeks notice.

Unfortunately no, we do not offer gluten free or allergy free bakery items.

Yes, our cakes will need to remain refrigerated until the event. Please make sure to note the dimensions of the cake when planning a storage space.

Changes must be finalized no later than one week prior to your event. Please allow a one week notice for any cancellation. On many custom cakes, we start making fondant pieces the week before so that they can harden.
